Wellness is typically thought of as the opposite of illness. Levels of Wellness may be less than optimal if you "feel stuck" in your work and/or personal life.
I take a holistic and integrative approach to wellness. This includes physical (body), mental (mind), and spiritual (heart) well-being. Everything we feel and do relates to our state of wellness and directly affects our actions and emotions. Wellness and development of Wellness Wisdom contribute to better coping skills, reduced illness, and more positive moments in your life.
Wisdom is something that is acquired and cultivated over time.
Wisdom is more than what you can learn from reading a book or taking a class. Wisdom develops from going through the “school of life.”
Wellness Wisdom is the accumulation of the lifelong pursuit of answers, knowledge, etc., in an effort to achieve optimal health.

empowerment, to assist women create a vision of health and wellness,
